Packages are shipped via various couriers, such as BRT, FedEx, UPS or SDA depending on the destination and size, with tracking and delivery without signature. In any case, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Lava stone tables are shipped within the times specified at the time of ordering and are generally shipped via BRT which will deliver to street level. For different needs, please contact us. For tables, it is also possible to select delivery to the floor and assembly, carried out directly by F.lli Mari Maioliche Deruta.
All shipments are covered by insurance.
The boxes have adequately large dimensions and your items are well protected.

Payment can be made with credit cards (Amex, Visa and MasterCard, European and international, including Electron cards (Visa) and Maestro (Mastercard)), PostePay, debit cards and prepaid cards, PayPal, Scalapay and bank transfer.
Payment with Credit Cards
The credit card details are entered directly on the pages of the seller's banking partner, and are transmitted to the bank's servers in encrypted form according to the PCI DSS Level 1 standard, the strictest security standard on the processing and storage of payment data, with PSD2 directive.
Payment with Paypal - Pay in 3 installments
By choosing this payment method you will be directed to the PayPal page. The amount relating to the order will be charged to your PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In the event of your cancellation of the order, or in the event of non-acceptance by the seller, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Payment in 3 or 4 installments with Scalapay
Payment of your order in 3 or 4 installments of the same amount WITHOUT INTEREST. To use the service, at checkout choose the Scalapay option as the payment method. After confirming your order details, you will be transferred to the Scalapay website to complete the payment. If you do not have a Scalapay account, you can create one during the purchase phase. Scalapay accepts all major credit and debit cards from the VISA, Mastercard and American Express circuits and the main prepaid cards (including Postepay).
Payment by bank transfer
By selecting this option and confirming the order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page with the bank details to which you can make the transfer. The bank details and order confirmation will also be sent by email to the address indicated during registration. The order will be operational only upon receipt of the bank receipt by email to info@marideruta.com, which must also include the order code shown in the confirmation email. The bank transfer must be made within 3 working days of the order being issued; after this period the order will be cancelled.
