The shipment of your carton box

The boxes are shipped within the times indicated in the order and they are shipped by BRT or DHL Express depending on the place of destination. In any case, we will provide you with a link to track your boxes online.

All our shipments are covered by insurance.

For this reason we invite you to carefully check the boxes that are delivered to you and in the event that you find damage or tampering, report it immediately to the courier by accepting the package " WITH RESERVE". If possible we also invite you to take photos which you must then send to info@marideruta.com . 

The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected

Deliveries outside Italy will be made by DHL Express which will contact you before coming on delivery to immediately agree on the time you prefer.
