Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the purchased product and the consequent refund of the purchase price.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised under penalty of forfeiture no later than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the product without any penalty and without the need to specify the reason.

On the other hand, yo will not be able to take advantage of the right of withdrawal if an object is purchased with customization.
