All my questions were answered quickly and very satisfactorily. Mail service great also. Took only 3 days to receive from when sent. And item was packed securely.

The workmanship at F.LLI Mari is first rate. The shop is very accommodating to its customers, as it produced a Ricco Deruta Pharmacy Jar for me that wasn't even shown on its website, but has recently been added. The prices are a real bargain even with the overseas shipping, compared to what retailers in the USA charge. And shipping was DHL Express which only took 4 business days from sending to receiving. You can't go wrong if you buy direct from F.LLI Mari.

I wanted Deruta dinner wear. So I've been wondering which factory to buy from for a long time. It was right to choose F,LLI MARI. Because the items are fabulous and correspondence is perfect, so is packaging. I live in Japan faraway, but the products arrived in just 4 days after being posted.
